International manager mode

Random one but if anyone from ea reads these 

International manager mode 

Could and extra tab 0n the Manager market be added for International jobs 

Also how hard is it to get the england job, no matter how good i am and how bad the International team do i still dont get that offer. 

Had one from Germany, Holland and Spain but no England.
