Issue in EA FC 26 UT

I am experiencing a persistent issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5.

Whenever I open the Objectives menu and select the FC Season section, the game freezes completely. I cannot preview the season rewards, claim any rewards, back out of the menu, or return to the Ultimate Team main screen. The only way to continue playing is to close FC 26 completely and relaunch the game.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Fully closing and restarting the game.
• Restarting my PlayStation 5.
• Clearing the PS5 system software cache.

Unfortunately, the issue still occurs every time I access the FC Season objectives.
