Kick off
As soon as I score, my team starts acting weird and the opponent scores. 99% of the goals I concede are from kick off. Wtf?
Try this: Press on offside trap two times, you don't have to wait until the first offside trap time runs out, you press the offside trap the second time. They will reorganize if that makes sense. Select one player and try to cover the passing lane. If you were not successful run back with the same player and only switch to another player only as your last resort.
