Loads of missing player portraits

When playing manager mode in non-first tier leagues, it really takes me out of it when most of my young talents don‘t have headshots.

Given that most every club has pictures of their players, is it really too much to ask to have these be updated? For instance, Zaid Tchibara has been in FC since last year and he still doesn‘t have a player picture.

How can we get this addressed?
