Lost access to EA FC 26 after verification error
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with EA FC 26 and still haven’t received any proper solution. I purchased the game through Eneba and played it normally on October 22, 2025, without any issues. However, later that same day, when I tried to launch it again, I started encountering several problems. At first, I could open the game, but I couldn’t connect to the EA servers. After restarting, I was no longer able to access the game at all. I now get a message saying that my access is restricted. On top of that, the game has completely disappeared from my library, and I am being asked to purchase it again, even though I already own it and was playing it earlier that same day. I contacted support, and at first I was told to wait for updates and that I would be notified. Later, they mentioned there would be a post about the issue on EA’s X (formerly Twitter) account, but nothing happened. Today, I was told that the issue is related to Eneba and that I should wait 24 hours for them to contact me. However, it has already been 4 days since the problem started (from October 22 until now), and I still haven’t received any update. I had to reach out to support again myself. I am clearly being affected by an error that is not my fault. I paid for the game, played it without issues, and suddenly lost access without any explanation or solution. Please, I kindly ask that someone from the EA team look into this situation and help restore my access to the game as soon as possible.
