Memory Dump Issue

I am facing a Packer Memory Dump Issue for around a month, I use FIFA MOD MANAGER to use some mod and after it I delete. The Game goes well for around 3-5 Days, Then One day it starting shows an error. When I launch the game, I contact with the support team, they give me a lot of troubleshooting steps but I tried all of them even it's doesn't fix. Can anyone help me with it?
