Missing Coins After Selling Morgan for 1,250,000 Coins in FC 26 Ultimate Team

Hello EA Team,

I am posting here because EA Support advised me to share my case on the EA Forums so the community team can review it.

I have a serious missing coins issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

Around 4 days ago, I listed and sold the player Morgan on the Transfer Market for 1,250,000 coins. My coin balance before the sale was around 260,000 coins. After the sale, the coins were not added to my account.

My current coin balance is still around 261,157 coins. After the 5% Transfer Market tax, I should have received approximately 1,187,500 coins from the sale.

I have already restarted Ultimate Team and the full game multiple times. I also checked Transfer List, Transfer Targets, Won Items, Expired Items, and unassigned items, but the coins are still missing.

I also cleared/removed the sold item from the Transfer List because I thought this would release the coins, but the coins still never appeared.

I have already contacted EA Support, and they said the issue will be reported to the game team. I am sharing this here so the community team can also review it and help provide an update.

I also have a video that proves the Morgan item was previously in my account, and I can provide screenshots of my current coin balance.

Please check my Transfer Market transaction history and coin balance logs for the Morgan sale at 1,250,000 coins.

Please help me resolve this issue because the missing coins are a very large amount and this has affected my Ultimate Team experience.
