Missing Commentary & Intro Audio in EA SPORTS FC 26 (PS5)

Hi EA Support / Community,

I’m experiencing a serious audio issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 and would like to request a fix.

Issue description:

• No intro or narration audio when launching the game (EA / FC intro plays music only)
• No commentary audio during matches
• Background music and sound effects work normally
• The issue happens only on my main account
• Other PSN users on the same PS5 console hear intro and commentary without any problem

What I’ve already tried (no success):

• Reinstalling the game
• Deleting all local saved data
• Resetting in-game and PS5 audio settings
• Changing audio output / headphones
• Reinstalling commentary language packs
• Restarting the console multiple times

Important detail:

Since other users on the same PS5 have full audio, this does not appear to be a hardware or console issue.

It looks like an account-level / server-side bug affecting voice audio only.

I have already reported this to EA Support, but I wanted to also bring it to the community to raise awareness and check if anyone else has experienced this.

Request:

Please escalate this issue to the technical team and reset my commentary/audio profile on the server for my account.
