Missing content

<p>I am missing my pre order content for the standard edition...</p>

<p>This is not the first time i have missing content.</p>

<p>I have talked to EA support, and PlayStation support. Both keep sending me back to the other one.</p>

<p>I paid with my hard earned money and I feel helpless. The game is bad I thought maybe with my points, the content I paid for I could open packs. But nope. Instead just frustration and hrs talking to people who sound as hopeless as me.</p>
