Hmm, that's a little odd then. While we can't really look into accounts here on the forums, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. Hopefully they'll be able to find out what went wrong with your code, just make sure to keep it on hand for them.

I have a few questions if you could help answer them for me!

What platform do you play on?
Where did you redeem your code?
Maybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that you bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 points by accident?

I play on PC and downloaded on the EA app like I always do.
