Transfer market ban after false accusation of coin transfer.

Hello all, 

I have got a transfer market ban for no reason I have never been a big trader just did some listings and sometimes make a little amount of coins but I have never participated in any illegal actions but the system may be flagged me false positive for Coin transfer. I don't care very much for the transfer market since we are already at the end of the game. Here I share with you that my bigger concern is that the support is responding in my ticket with automated templates, not reviewing the case at all yet they claim they "reviewed it carefully". Other very interesting thing is that actually it seems the person behind this ticket do not care for the customer(me) or EA in general do not care. This is the number of my ticket Case #247161391 in case someone takes a look. 

Have anyone got such an unpleasant issue before ?

    also they configured the automated reply in the ticket to reply to me as soon as I reappeal, so it became like a chat with a wall and after 20 pointless reappeals talking to a ghost I do not have more attempts. quite fun.

    Sadly this is how we are treated and it’s ok for them because they get away with it with no repercussions. Worse customer support I’ve ever experienced by far.
