I have a few questions if you could help answer them for me!
- What platform do you play on?
- Where did you redeem your code?
- Maybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that you bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 points by accident?
I play on PC and downloaded on the EA app like I always do.

Cheers for that info! You didn't get any errors or anything when you redeemed it? Are you sure that you redeemed it on the right EA account?
