I purchased EA FC 26 points from another site. (Loaded) I used the code it went through like it has done before but I never received an email from EA to say I have points or did they appear in my ult...
Hmm, that's a little odd then. While we can't really look into accounts here on the forums, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. Hopefully they'll be able to find out what went wrong with your code, just make sure to keep it on hand for them.
