at the very bottom of the page, there is a contact us button so you could get in touch with them.
But what they did tell me to do was to turn off my two factor authentication not sure if it’s gonna work. I’m barely trying it, but they did say it would work or it has worked for others. Good luck

It makes no sense… what does 2FA have to do with the reward? I have contacted them 2 times and no response from them. I would like to escalate that somehow. It’s a paid content.
Imagine going to McDonalds paying for your meal and not getting it at the end. It’s unacceptable.
