Missing fifa points

I purchased EA FC 26 points from another site. (Loaded) I used the code it went through like it has done before but I never received an email from EA to say I have points or did they appear in my ultimate team. This was mid day yesterday.

    I have a few questions if you could help answer them for me!

    1. What platform do you play on?
    2. Where did you redeem your code?
    3. Maybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that you bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 points by accident?

    I play on PC and downloaded on the EA app like I always do.

    Cheers for that info! You didn't get any errors or anything when you redeemed it? Are you sure that you redeemed it on the right EA account?

    I just tried but as I didn't buy the points from steam the ai closed the case before I could talk to anyone
