Missing team tactics in career mode

In career mode when you go to team management, the team tactics notes that appear in kick off mode as you change the player roles does not appear. Tactics notes such as "patient build up", "approach too narrow" etc. screenshot added to show this. 

This issue has been noticed since the game was released.
