Not sure I 100% understand but are you saying you cannot play with Qarabağ FK in kick off ?
Have you searched in "Rest of the world" teams ?
I've checked in my game and I see them with 3 stars in "Rest of the world". Don't forget to change the division to "ROW Men" at the bottom.
Enter the "Cup Final"➡️ UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE and you will see that FC Qarabag is missing from the Rest of the World!
