If you believe an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you are welcome to appeal with the Terms of Service team using these steps.
Do keep in mind that appeals are a way to have the ToS team review an action that was already taken to confirm whether or not that was due to a violation of our rules. If the ToS team confirms there was a violation, the ban will be kept on the account.
