My code didn't work
i put in my code and it came up as a Microsoft app, so I tried reentering it but it didnt work and its all been wiped now every time it says code has been used please cab you send me a new one thank you

I've had the same, put in the code, it's said I'd got it but then nothing happened. Tried the code again and it said it was used.

That also tells me that my code is invalid
I'm guessing because it's "used" so I was hoping to get a new one from here
Same here sent a message 8 hours ago no reply no nothing and they make it impossible to raise a case
