Need help! Been hacked and have had my appeal closed
Hello,
I am writing here because I am the victim of a security breach, and the automated support system has failed to help me.
On or around October 17th, 2025, my account was hacked. The hacker sold all my players and performed "coin distribution," for which my account was then banned. I appealed case #225731567, but my appeal was denied, stating there was "no sign of a hack."
This is factually incorrect. I have tried to explain this via live chat, but the agent was unable to help.
I am BEGGING a human to investigate this. All I am asking is for a specialist to do one simple thing:
Please conduct a MANUAL review of my account's login history, IP addresses, and device history for October 17th, 2025.
You will find a login from an unfamiliar location or device that is not me. This is the concrete proof that I was hacked.
I am the victim here, and I am being punished for the actions of a criminal. Please, can a Community Manager or a senior specialist please review the login evidence and overturn this incorrect ban?
