need help with my Ea account, tried Ea help but they proved useless

so i tried to download the FC companion app, and upon logging in, i found someone has linked my psn account to their email for 2fa, i tried doing the EA help route to get them to change the 2fa email address, showed proof its my psn account, showed proof of purchases etc and they still refused to help or said they couldn't
