Never gotten a Beta key

Question

I've been playing FC since 2015 (FIFA 16), and updated my communication preferences for recieving a beta key all the way back in 2019. However, I've never gotten a Beta key for any FC game after that. Am I just really unlucky, or is there something else that prohibits me from getting one (i.e. country restrictions, I live in Norway)?

I would really like to play the beta, and appriciate a reply.
