They should implement some of these features in der Player Career Mode
Title: Fixing the Player Career: A Roadmap to Realism (170+ Goal Logic & Training Issues)
The current Player Career Mode feels disconnected from real football logic. To make this mode great again, we need the following changes:
Match Performance over Training Drills: It makes no sense to be benched after a 170-point season just because of "simulated training." Starting XI spots must be 90% based on match rating and form.
FIFA 21 Training System: Bring back training as a tool for attribute growth, not as a mandatory chore to keep your spot in the team.
Dynamic Market Value & Records: A 17-year-old wonderkid dominating the UCL should be worth €150M-200M, regardless of his current OVR. The game needs to recognize broken records with special cutscenes and commentary.
Realistic Contract Negotiations: We need flexible contract lengths (1-5 years) and logical objectives. Forcing a striker to get "60 successful crosses" to renew a contract is broken.
PlayStyle+ Slots: Unlock additional PlayStyle+ slots at OVR milestones (e.g., OVR 90, 95, and 99) to reward long-term progression.
AI & Immersion: Teammate AI needs to be smarter and more independent. Use generative AI for dynamic commentary to pronounce names and discuss specific seasonal achievements.
Transfer Freedom: Allow transfer requests and negotiations at any time, including during the winter window.
