We've wanted to clear up some questions regarding the FC 26 Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions.
If you purchase the Nintendo Switch 2 version via the Nintendo eShop you will get the Nintendo Switch version at no additional cost.
Please note that this is only available for digital purchases through the Nintendo eShop. It also won't be available in Asia.
If you purchase the Nintendo Switch version, you will get a discount (based on your country and currency) towards the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
Once again, this only applies for digital purchases through the Nintendo eShop.
Keep in mind that there is no crossplay functionality between the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions, as they are different games. Owners of the Nintendo Switch 2 version will need to install the Nintendo Switch version to play with friends on the Nintendo Switch.
