No Kits available!

By the looks of things seems to be only a certain amount kits released, for example in the premiere league only ever see Man Utd, Arsenal, Villa, Newcastle and Forrest. There’s none for so many league and I know people like myself have open packs to try and get kits and all it is the same duplicates.
