NO PENALTY HISTORY

IT SAYS there that there is no violation on your acc but still my tansfer is not opened it says no peanlty history i dont know what this is but this game is cooked

The ball looks like a beach soccer ball; it floats, it's weightless, and the players are skating on ice. The game's physics are terrible.
