No teammates found on Rush mode Switch 2

Hello, I still can not fund any teammates on Rush mode in North America region. Because of this I still cant open the transfer market. Please EA do something about this issue. There are so many people on Switch 2 who are struggling with this issue.

I’ve been having the same problem for months. There needs to be another way to unlock the transfer market for Switch players in the NA region.
