Not comfortable general menu

The main menu is really inconvenient (talking about Manager Career mode)

When I play Manager Career and start the game over and over again, I want to have the fastest possible access to my saved careers.
Right now, not only did they add the choice between "Classic" and "Live" career types, but after that I still have to go through another screen asking whether I want to create a new career or start from a dynamic starting point — only then can I finally access my saved careers.

Why not just have a separate “Saved Careers” option right in the menu?

Also, can we stop with the constant pop-ups telling me that the game is in offline mode? First it appears when choosing the game mode, and then again when selecting the career itself. I don’t care about your online casino — being reminded twice every time I start the game is extremely annoying.

Overall, this is just a terrible user experience — instead of one click, I have to go through three or four.
