Perks in Clubs mode ? "Help"

There are perks in Clubs mode that activate when you perform certain actions. I know how to activate them, but I don’t know if they are actually working or not! Every time I perform the same action repeatedly during the match, I get the same message saying that the perk is activated — but I don’t know when it deactivates so I can reactivate it again.

Does it stay active for the entire match once triggered? Or if I activate it and then the ball goes out of play, does it deactivate and I have to activate it again? Or is there a timer for it until it deactivates? I couldn’t find an answer for this even in the Clubs mode patch notes.

So I really hope to get a clear answer.
