Please help me

Hi everyone,

I’m really hoping someone from the EA team can take a closer look at my case.

My EA FC 26 account was banned from the transfer market a while ago for “coin distribution.”

The issue is — I’ve never sold or bought coins. I’ve been an active player with 500+ hours and have spent around €1,800 on FIFA Points, always playing fair and trading normally.

What probably triggered the system was that I sold some rare gold players during the Halloween SBC (when prices spiked and many cards went extinct) and also traded a few Scream players that rose in value after they temporarily showed 99 stats overnight — which was a known EA-side glitch.

Those market swings weren’t coin selling or manipulation — they were simply reactions to in-game events and EA’s own market behavior.

I already submitted an appeal (Case #227699754) and later a GDPR data request (Case #228251137) to understand what actually caused the ban, but I haven’t received a proper explanation yet.

I’d really appreciate if a Community Manager or Terms of Service representative could review this manually.

I just want to get back to playing and trading fairly again.
