Pre order Bonus
Hi i Pre ordered fifa on the 7th august i forgot i put it on different card it got declined however i just changed it and it has came off the right account, will i still get the bonuses

I got the early bird fifa 25 reward evolution so im assuming its all going to be correct as to get that you need to have ordered fifa 26 by the time frame

You can reach out to them to confirm just in case, but we don't have any insights to Xbox's billing processes here.
So im assuming they try a certain amount of times ( xbox ) it never got cancelled as i never had to re order it
Hi it never got cancelled, the card just got declined, i just changed the payment method and it worked.

If the pre-order got cancelled due to your card and you had to re-order it, I'd recommend reaching out to your retailer for clarification.
