Pre-order icon pick and evo

I reordered FC26 ultimate edition almost 4 days ago but I still haven't gotten the icon pick and the 99 shooting evo in fc25 but my friend already got the evo and icon pick. He ordered the game only yesterday. Could you please let me know when I will get it and how long it will take. My psn is viveeeeeeek
