Preorder still processing

Hi 

I Preorder the ultimate edition on the 2th of august, we are the 10th, my bank account has been debited but the payment is still proccessing on ea history.
The game doesn't appear in my library, is it normal ?

    Title: Pre-order Bonuses Not Received for EA Sports FC 25 / FC26 – Order Stuck in Processing

     

    Message:

    Hello EA Support and Community,

     

    I have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 25 (or FC26), but I have not received my pre-order bonuses yet. My order shows up in my purchase history, but the game and bonuses are not appearing in my library or account.

     

    The order status has been stuck in “processing” for more than 48 hours. I have linked my PSN and EA accounts correctly and have checked multiple times. I am worried this issue might affect future purchases and bonuses as well.

     

    I’ve contacted support several times but the problem remains unresolved. Many others seem to be experiencing the same issue.

     

    Could EA please urgently investigate and resolve this problem?
