Pro clubs

So we have a problem.

Me and my friends play on oldgen.

The matchmaking doesn't work on our main club, currently div 2. We tried having another capitan, another manager, another region and everything. 

Then we joined our secondary club in div 5 and found a match instantly.

What could the problem be? Can we solve it?
