Problem recovering a player

Hello today 23.04.2026, I bought a package from EA Sports worth 0.39 euros, at 06:25, I received a package with a ticket and a player Gerard position CM ovr 121, by mistake I accidentally wanted to introduce him to the team and I gave the player train, maxing out odegard please if you can somehow make me recover my player it is very important to me

    As far as the player itself, unfortunately we're not able to reverse or undo these types of changes. I can definitely understand you had not intended this, but once that change has been made in-game we're unable to reverse it, sorry.
