Purchasing issue
I went to pre-order ea fc 26 midday August 26th, but the early bird rewards were not shown and my loyalty discount was not applied. I tried submitting a help ticket the day of but have not heard back...

I also contacted ea support and since I did not order the game before the deadline (even though it cost 10 dollars more at checkout and the rewards were not showing up), there was no way to get the early bird rewards. They told me to reach out to forums to solve this. Is there another step I can take to rectify this as ea support recommended me to send this to the forum.
