Purchasing issue

I went to pre-order ea fc 26 midday August 26th, but the early bird rewards were not shown and my loyalty discount was not applied. I tried submitting a help ticket the day of but have not heard back...

    For next time, would you recommend paying the premium and hoping that the rewards will eventually show up and ea would refund me?
