Received FC26 Beta Code

I'm having the same issue on mine, error code 2913-0069

I've tried to redeem it and I just get a message saying "an error has occurred" 2813-0069

I’m having the same issue. Error code: 2813-0069. Wondered if it’s because it’s before 6pm BST on 6th August but the email says it can be pre-loaded. I’ve tried restarting the console but it hasn’t changed anything.

I have received a code for FC26 Closed BETA for the Nintendo Switch. I have tried to redeem the code but get an error code in the eShop. I have also tried generating a new code on the EA self-service to, but getting error message that the code is invalid!! I have spoken to an EA advisor to post on this forum to get help. Please can this be looked into as I am unable to redeem using the code I have been emailed!

I have the exact same issue. I have already sold my switch and tried to use it on the switch 2 but same issue

I am having the exact same issue. EA advisor unable to help in the online camhat and the EA self-service tool to generate a new code is saying my code is invalid! Seems like no one can offer help!

I don't think it works on Nintendo switch but it think works on the switch 2

Think it's basically that it's because it isn't yet available on the Switch store but will be tomorrow

Email said that the pre-load was available now for nintendo switch. EA advisor in online chat checked my code and there were not results found for it. Self-service EA new code generator tool said my code was invalid!
