Recency bias pack

I have had an issue where when I opened the recency bias pack I received the wrong rewards it still took the full 550 thousand coins (or 3000 fc points) from me but what. Actually got what a 1 of 2 89+ fut birthday player pick and then 15 gold players to go with it I don’t know if the game was confused by a different pack or similar because personally I made sure that I did not open the wrong pack because there were a few 550k packs at the time when I opened the pack. 
has anyone else had this issue?

I also am yet to receive help for this as the only response I get is to wait when my money is gone and I received false rewards
