Same EA Servers

I paid $116 for his game and for EA play for early access just to not be able to play any online modes. The servers are genuinely awful no other game makes it so hard to play but EA. Keep trying to get to ultimate team and keep getting the same message “ultimate team is unavailable” okay no worries let’s go to pro clubs play with my friends every game it kicks us. It’s actually ridiculous. I get its day one but you’ve been saying pre order for months and months for it to fall short when we get it. The few games I’ve played i enjoyed the game play but me waiting on the servers is more common than playing. The customer service people don’t do anything either but apologize and say I’ll take it to the team. It’s funny because all the creators were playing perfectly fine earlier in the week they made sure to have it in perfect condition so more people will buy.  When will we get this fixed EA?
