SBC DONE AND REWARD NOT GIVEN

On FC 26 I did the sbc 86 rated that said I would get Lamine Yamal and after I complete it and claim it now they say that it was a mistake and I don’t have the player in my club. That is not right because I had already completed so you can’t just take away the player after I did my sbc thinking that was the reward for it. And it still shows as I completed the sbc so I wasted sending all those players without even getting the reward I did it for. I need help in getting the player I did the sbc for. It is not fair that there is people that completed the sbc before EA announced that was a mistake and did not get the player removed from their club, I did it before knowing it was a mistake. I have looked everywhere for the player, unnassigned items, my club, sbc storage and I don’t have it even though I claimed the reward. And now they came out saying that it was a mistake. That is not right.
