Seasons Mode Player Star Rating

Question

I’ve been playing seasons mode for quite a few seasons now. I’ve made it as high as sixth division, &nbsp;and I’ve got a star rating of 3.5. But I don’t actually have a very good record. I’ve got a record of 87 wins, 33 ties and 195 losses, so I’ve lost way more than I’ve won, despite a few solid streaks. So, I’m confused about my star rating. It seems high! Feels like I should be 2 stars or something instead. Does anyone understand how the star rating is built up?

I would like to know the answer to that as well. I got promoted straightforward to division one, winning the titles along the way as well. I won 56, tied 3 and lost 9. Current form is 9/10 wins. And I have 3,5 stars as well. The only thing I could think of is that I won zero cups because those are open like every two weeks and I haven't played any. I'm definitely not a pro but a 4-4,5 stars maybe? It doesn't really matter ofc but this way the system just doesn't really make sense at all.
