Serious question for ea

So, after fc26 I will no longer purchase products from ea. my question is, why did you make such an awful game? If you knew it was going to be this terrible, why not just take another year to fix all the problems instead of just pumping out pieces of garbage like this? You should really listen to the community. We have been complaining for years and I know you guys have already lost millions of customers. Maybe you should really think about what you are doing to these games, and fyi, the reason why we are so pissed is because we spend so much money on these packs and you guys could care less about how the game plays, and how we feel about it. It’s truly a shame and it’s sad. I hope in the future you get at least some of your consumers back, but not likely. Enjoy keeping on losing money every year until there will be no one left to buy your games.

    Never get an answer from anyone connected with EA here they just don't care. This is the worst game they've ever released and they do nothing, they ask for feedback then just ignore you, they fly their content creators out who are to afraid to criticise them so they think the game is good and don't care what actual players think, they warn you about being toxic all the while having one of the most toxic players on a stage at EA events. 27 deserves to fail, maybe then the actual gameplay might get fixed
