Why does passing not work. The simplest of passes doesn’t go where they should. Its boring. You’re are killing your own game with this trash this year. So many positives in this game but just playing it is frustrating and not enjoyable. So why bother?
make this game playable and enjoyable. Frankly the gameplay is worse than anything I’ve played from ea since i started in 2001

Out of interest do you play assisted or semi assisted?
Why should all passes go to the correct place? That isn't realistic and there should always be an element of error.
Besides, it stops people trying to ping pong all the way down the pitch and making unrealistic passes.
If you play sensible and pass where you are facing passes mostly reach there target.

It might help if they used some sort of pass indicator on players. Something sort of like the second man press indicator over the pass receiver. That way I can tell that my pass, which was intended for the CAM running into space, is actually going to the RW. I can quickly adjust it to the right player before passing it to my opponent's LB.
I'm still not sure how it is that passes bounce off my receiver's foot, while it's like my opponent's boot is coated in Gorilla Glue.
I get that mistakes happen, but it never seems to happen for the CPU (regardless of difficulty, squad rating, and chemistry rating).
You can always turn on the trainer, it still works in rivals and all, just make sure to adjust the settings otherwise you get the game telling you what button to press and so on. It's rather clunky but it does let you see everything.
How do you get your players to control passes?
Mine can't even control a throw in pass. They control it like I just asked them to catch a flaming baby. The ball bounces off their chest and is easily intercepted. I press "X" to pass and my player passes it into space like it's a through ball (Triangle). He wasn't even making a run.
It feels like I need 7 fingers on each hand just to play this game.
Yes I think the game has been decimated. Never experienced so many friends simply quitting the game because it is so boring. Ea have dug themselves a big hole and it could be a fatal blow.
Have i at any point said all passes should go to the intended person? Such a white knight
