SPLASH SCREEN CRASH

Can you fix the splash screen crash it's been 2 weeks I payed 70 EURO just to look at the ea app saying it's a crash from your end .
Update 1.03 came a lot of posts about this error and my case was closed in the support for not having a fix yet . CONGRATS EA
