STILL CANT PLAY EA FC 26 ULTIMATE TEAM

How is there not a resolution for this yet, it’s been 4 days and this has rendered the pre order useless. Have not been able to do anything!

It just says “ultimate team is not available”. How do I get my money back or compensated in some way.

They scammed us.
