The pre order fifa icon pack

I am writing to you regarding the pre-order Fifa icon packthat I haven't received. I also bought the game before the 26th of August and I have received my FIFA points and the premium pass but no icon pack.

I would like to know why I don't receive it and pay for Fifa just to not get the pack

    I'm on Xbox got everything but the icon pack same with 2 others of my mates didn't get the pack but another mate got it
