I have this crazy idea where fifa could have real people being the ref during online games. Meaning, the third party would be selected to ref games and his controler would be set to command desicions that refs would take in real time. Am i making sense? Rather than ai reffing online games...

It would be open to abuse and there would need to be a review of decisions made to ensure that they were fair.
It's one of those things that if everything lined up perfectly, it could be a lot of fun, but then, if one thing was off could be a nightmare.
