Hi,
Perhaps stop playing Ultimate Team.
Try Online Seasons mode with real stock teams, Real player stats, better gameplay without women terrorising the males. You are playing arcades finest football game of this century. Realism doesn't exist there. Stop thowing money at a mode you say sucks.
Sorry to be blunt but just stop feeding the Ultimate Team machine. It does suck yeah.
