Hi guys, I'm a little older than you... :-D
Just think, one of the first soccer games was INTERNATIONAL SOCCER for the Commodore 64, many years ago!
Regarding EA FC, yes, I agree with you; the game is now at its end...
It's not very fun, frustrating, and full of glitches/problems that completely ruin the gaming experience!
But what's worse is that they say they listen to the users, yes, but which ones???
I consider myself an average player, but in UT it's currently impossible to play or compete with anyone of my level.
In DR, even in the very low divisions (D9 D8), you find yourself playing with people from five or six divisions higher, the same thing in the various online events. The WL is far from my capabilities because it requires at least one appearance in D6...
Here on the forum, many of us have reported these problems, but so far nothing has changed.
Unfortunately, due to these problems, I was forced to abandon the game in November...
The only mode I currently play is Battles, even though they're quite problematic...
I also think this game needs a major overhaul...
FC 27 will only be played by professionals
If that's the case, I hope they have the decency to say so clearly, so that many casual players won't throw their money down the drain!
ricsilver063 The changes from year to year is minimal. EA don't want to use money to improve the game, because they don't have to. They know that they have monopoly of the game. The only way to brake this is if some other company challenge them. If that happen I'm sure that EA will take more efford, and use more money to improve their fc.

Just because EA has a monopoly doesn't force us to buy it, even if we've been fanboys of the game for years...
Personally, I've been very, very disappointed with the game this year...
Of all the modes, the only one I play is Squad Battle; all the other online modes are unplayable because of their unbalanced matchmaking. So I spent over €100 in August to play one mode...
As always, in their promotional campaigns, they try to hype up the user base as much as possible, and you have to admit, it's one of the few things they do well. Every year, it seems like they turn the game upside down, but then, when it comes down to it, they change practically nothing and, in fact, become worse than the previous year...
In this forum, you read a lot of complaints about competitions, gameplay, matchmaking, and servers, but they're completely ignored. The only ones who manage to get themselves heard are the pro players!
This year, the game's stated problem was the CPU and overly automatic defenses, and in recent months they've released several patches.
Now they haven't complained for a while, so everything's fine with EA!
Unfortunately, we regular users have little, if anything, say nothing.
In conclusion, as far as I'm concerned, I won't be pre-ordering the game again this year, and if I do, I'll only do so after hearing some feedback, perhaps at a discounted price. This company no longer deserves my trust!
I hope others will follow my example!
